Expression of the Truth
Chapter “FAATIR’” - (The Creator) - 35
‘A-‘uu-zu Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah
from Satan the outcast)
Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ أَنتُمُ ٱلْفُقَرَآءُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلْغَنِىُّ ٱلْحَمِيدُ 15 إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَأْتِ بِخَلْقٍ جَدِيدٍ 16 وَمَا ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ بِعَزِيزٍ 17

15. O mankind! Ye are
the poor in your relation to Allah. And Allah! He is the Absolute, the Owner
of Praise.
16. If He will, He can
remove you and bring (instead of you) some New Creation.
17. That is not a hard
thing for Allah.

Yaaa-‘ayyuhan-naasu
‘antu-mul-fuqaraaa-‘u
‘ilAllaah. Wallaahu Huwal-Ganiyyul-Hamiid.
16. ‘Inyyasha’- yuzhibkum
wa ya’-ti- bi-Khalqin-
Jadiid.
17. Wa maa
zaalika ‘alAllaahi bi-‘aziiz.

Commentary
In this verse, actual News is being described to the mankind. It
is the trick which every individual should bear in mind. Every person perceives
that he is needy of many things in this life. Due to this necessity, he looks
hither and thither that haply someone would help him.
In this verse, it has been explained very clearly that seeking
support at the time of necessity and requirement is included in the nature of
the mankind. But if he will search for the support of someone else instead of Allaah
Almighty, then he will err seriously. He should understand it well that
lifeless things can never be able to help someone in any matter. And among the
active things, human beings are such creature which can help one another to
some extent. But the mankind himself is indigent of the support of someone
else. And one cannot provide the same support to oneself. However, he can help
others in some matters on the condition that he possesses its means.
Accordingly, the mankind should seek the support of Allaah Almighty Who
is not necessitous of any other in any matter, because He is The Owner of the entire
excellence and qualities. Every way and everything is under His control.
Therefore, it should be kept in mind that the mankind is
indigent of the Mercy of Allaah Almighty. He can bring forth any such
creature at the place of mankind who may not be arrogant and wrongdoer like the
mankind; if He desire. It is not difficult for Allaah Almighty, but it
is demand of His Wisdom that a creature like human beings should also be in the
universe, who should take reward of his good works and be punished due to his
sins.
