(Section - 3)

Commentary

It is commanded: When Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him) recites the World of Allaah Almighty before them and it is said to them in Holy Qur’an: Human beings will be brought back to life again after death, the Day of Judgment will be established, those persons will be punished who did wrong; who did not believe in Allaah Almighty; His Messenger and His Scripture during their worldly life; and they will suffer a great torment, then they begin to laugh after hearing the recitation and say: When these Promises will be fulfilled? Show us fulfilled this Promise immediately if you are true. We are not infants that you desire to terrify us by causing to hear your self-made discourses. The stories of coming back to life again after death and reckoning for every individual’s personal deeds have been self-invented by you (Let us flee to God).

It was commanded to the Messenger (grace, glory, blessings and peace of Allaah be upon him): Say to them! You will not believe in this manner. You have been looking that when the Tokens of the Day of Resurrection begin. You would have been quarreling mutually with one another, the first Trumpet would be blown, its rigid and harsh sound would make your gall-bladders explode and you would fall down suddenly on the earth. Remember it that when such screech will begin then you will remain able to do nothing. Do something good before coming of that Time if you wish, otherwise you will not have even so much respite that you may say any word to someone else for help or return home, running. You will die and fall down at the spot in all conditions.

Commentary

It is commanded: None from the creatures accepted to bear the load of Our Trust because they feared. But when the same Trust was produced before the mankind, he undertook to bear it immediately. The fact is that he was able to bear it, because; as he could pay its rights, he could err also in performing this duty. As he could know the reality by thinking, he could remain ignorant too by being careless from it. Accordingly, it was the result which was to be.

Allaah Almighty will punish them who did not pay the rights of His Trust, whether those are men or women, and whether paying not the rights is in the form of hypocrisy; which is a hidden way, or in the form of paganism; which is an open form.

And Allaah Almighty will bestow His Bounty upon believing men and believing women because the Belief is a proof of paying the rights of the Trust. Moreover, if they fell short in paying the rights due to any reason, they will be forgiven because Ever is Allaah Almighty Forgiving and Most Merciful.

In short, the mankind is a trustee creature. His deeds will not remain useless but reckoned. Good and bad deeds will be separated. Consequently he will be punished due to bad deeds or given good reward due to good deeds.

That is the end of Chapter 33.

Section 6)

Commentary

Mash-huun – (laden, loaded), it aims that the ship was fully loaded with the people, quadruped animals and birds.

When Messenger Noah (peace be upon him) was disappointed from the people of his folk, he prayed in the Court of Allaah Almighty: O my Lord: These people consider that I am a liar. They do not give any importance to my saying. Ruin them, and save me and those who believed along with me, otherwise their future generation will also be like them!

Allaah Almighty commanded to Noah (peace be upon him) for making a ship. Then the people, who went on board the ship, were saved. But remaining all were drowned.

It is commanded: Our Omnipotence is apparent too from this incident, but maximum people do not believe. However, your Lord is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful.

Purpose of sending the Messengers - Quran Chapter 18 – 56 (Pt-15, Stg-4) (L-1893) درس قرآن

Quran Chapter 18  56 (Pt-15, Stg-4) (L-1893) درس قرآن

Purpose of sending the Messengers

Chapter Kahf (The Cave) – 18

‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in God from Satan the outcast)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.
(In the name of God, the Beneficent, the Merciful)

56.  And We send not the messengers save as bearers of good news and warners. And those who disbelieve contend with falsehood in order to refute the Truth thereby. And they take My Revelations and that wherewith they are threatened as a jest.
56.  Wa  maa  Nursilul-mursa-liina  ‘illaa  mubash-shiriina  wa  munziriin.  Wa  yujaadilul-laziina  kafaruu  bil-baatili  liyud-hizuu  bihil-Haqqa  wattakhazuuu  ‘AayaaTii  wa  maaa  ‘unziruu  huzuwaa.

Commentary

Yud-hizuu – (they refute), this word has been derived from ‘id-haaza. Dah-zun means “to fall by slipping”. ‘Id-haaza means “to let fall by enticing”. It aims “to abolish the Truth”.

It has been commanded in this verse that you did not understand the actual aim of sending the Messengers (peace be upon them). The Messenger (peace be upon him) is not sent for the purpose that He should fulfill always new demands of the people or attract them by showing extraordinary tricks to the world. He (peace be upon him) brings an important and great object. His only Duty is to save the mankind from destruction lest he begin to consider the wicked deeds as good by coming in the deception of Satan who is his unending enemy.

The work of a Messenger (peace be upon him) is that He should explain about good and evil deeds of the human being and produce before him the Scripture of God Almighty (Holy Qur’an), in which it has been mentioned that “the punishment of evil deeds is the Hell; which is a very painful abode, and reward of good works is the Gardens; which is the best rest-house. Demanding more than it from the Messenger of Allah Almighty (grace, glory, blessings and peace be upon him) is a sign of persistence and stubbornness. These people have been proving themselves quarrelsome by producing wrong and false matters. Their only aim is to draw a curtain on the Reality and refute the Truth by fabricating the falsehood. These violent people have taken as a jest to the Revelations of Holy Qur’an; sent by Me (Allah Almighty); in which they were threatened.

Commentary

Sometime or other, this question creates distraction certainly in the heart of every individual that: Who is Who created these heavens and the earth, Who has been propping them and Who nourishes? So in this verse, above mentioned question and its correct answer (both) have been laid in one place collectively, because upon it, remedy of one’s distress of mind depends. He/she does not require wandering hither or thither in search of the answer of the question. Due to personal requirement, he seeks support of any more powerful than him.

Therefore, it has been described to him clearly that Allah Almighty is Lord of the heavens and the earth, and the entire universe has been surrounded into them. And every thing has been working in accord with His Commandment. All necessities of the entire living beings are fulfilled by Him. He causes to rain from the sky, by which grains, fruits and vegetables etc. are produced from the earth. Then how a mankind can take support of any other leaving Him? Any thing of the world can neither provide benefit to any individual naturally and nor hurt. Then how can, any other than Him, be accepted as own supporter?

Commentary

When parents and all brothers of Joseph (peace be upon him) fell down before him prostrate and thanked him in accordance with the tradition of those days, then Joseph (peace be upon him) said: With the Grace of God Almighty, it is the interpretation of my that dream which I was shown during my child-hood and which has been made true by Him. It was His kindness on me during every difficulty. At first He took me out of the prison with good name, then He arranged to bring all of you here from the desert and see me, otherwise Satan had made strict strife among me and my brethren. Verily, the Knowledge of Allah Almighty has surrounded everything and He is well Aware of managing the every work properly.
