Quran Chapter 21  Summary (Pt-17, Stg-4) (L-2084) درس قرآن

Review of Chapter 21 -1

Chapter ’Ambiyaaa’” – (The Prophets) - 21

 ‘A-‘uu-zu  Billaahi minash-Shay-taanir- Rajiim.
(I seek refuge in Allaah from Satan the outcast.)

Bis-Millaahir-Rah-maanir-Rahiim.

(In the name of Allaah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.)

It has been caused to understand the mankind in this Chapter that “which is the correct way of dwelling in this world”. He should understand it first of all that he will be brought back to life again after death. The Day of Resurrection will be established, and whatsoever he did during his worldly life; will be examined exactly. He should listen to the sayings of the Prophets (peace be upon them) carefully. The Messengers and Prophets (peace be upon them) are also mankind like others, and they will teach by their words and deeds only that which suits to the human being. Many misfortunes have been fallen upon ancient nations because their people used to falsify and disobey the Prophets (peace be upon them). Human beings should meditate in their circumstances and should not adopt the habits as of them; otherwise there is full fear of being involved in difficulties.

First Message of the Prophets (peace be upon them) is that the Creator of this entire world, its Nourisher, its Lord and God is One Allaah. Worship Him only and obey His commandments! Entire forces and powers of the universe are His obedient whether those are Angels (peace be upon them), Jinn or mankind, all are under His Command. No one is able to be worthy of worship save Allaah Almighty. The human beings began to adore innate powers ignorantly by giving them different names. By setting up their imaginary forms, they fabricated their idols according to them. These entire matters are infidelity, belief in a plurality of God and going astray.

Messenger of Allaah Almighty Abraham (peace be upon him) gripped up his loins before this; for establishing the right path and broke the idols into pieces. Allaah Almighty saved him from his enemies and arranged to deliver him at the place of peace and safety, bestowed him honor in the world too and produced many Prophets (peace be upon them) from his descendants for the guidance of His slaves.

Before Abraham (peace be upon him), Messenger Noah (peace be upon him) performed the same duty. Then Prophet Lot (peace be upon him) was appointed for the guidance of a sinful folk. Prophets David, Solomon, Ishmael, Idris, Dhul-Kifl, Jonah, Zachariah and Jesus (peace be upon them) got ready to guide the human beings during their times. And they (peace be upon them) showed to the people examples of the worship of Allaah Almighty, patience and gratitude.
