Commentary
Barzakhun – (Barrier, the Interval between the death
and resurrection, separation, a screen). Barzakh is the thing which
comes between two things and separates them from each other. Here it aims “that
world which begins after the life of this world, and which will be finished
when the life of the Day of Resurrection will be started”. That is called “the
world of Grave” also.
It is commanded: When the death reached, then question of coming
back again in this world is only such thing; which comes out by the tongue of
the person who is going to die, due to access of grief and regret (repentance).
Its result is nothing but these are only useless words. After death these
people will reach another world, which is an interval and a screen between the
death and Resurrection.
This world came to an end for that person who died and ‘Aalam
Barzakh (the world of the Interval between the death and resurrection)
began, in which some glitter of the Day of Resurrection will be shown. After that,
when the Trumpet will be blown, then ‘Aalam Barzakh will be finished and
the Day of Resurrection will be commenced, which will be entirely different
from this world. All relationships of this world will be finished. Entire human
beings will be gathered in a field. No one will think concerning any other. That
time will be of selfishness. All people will be at one place but none will ask of
any other. The son will see his father. Husband will meet his wife. But neither
children will talk with their parents and nor any relative will talk with any
other relative. Every individual will be involved in thinking in astonished condition
about oneself silently.
